Avoid this place. I booked a room in the morning, entered my card details, and got two confirmations, one by email and one on the website, both saying my booking was guaranteed. Two hours later they emailed to ask for registration details to speed up check-in. When I arrived that evening, there was nobody there and no instructions, and nobody answered the phone. After I called several times, an arrogant woman told me there was no reservation and they'd decided to cancel it, without telling me. She said they couldn't charge my card. I hadn't received any email, call, or message about that before 8:30 p.m. She even claimed she'd called me, but nobody had. I offered to pay there and then, by cash, card, PayPal, bank transfer, or whatever worked for them. They turned down every option and told me to make a new online booking. By then the room cost €25 more than it had that morning. It felt like they were hoping a stranded traveler would pay anything for a room late at night. I've never come across such unprofessional, disrespectful treatment just to get more money from a customer. What a disgrace to hospitality. They don't deserve your money.
