The balcony gets lovely afternoon sun, and the apartment is an easy walk from the historic center, harbor, and beach. It’s a tidy place in the SOHO neighborhood. Just be aware that the restaurants around the complex and the busy street make noise throughout the day and late into the night.
The owner was incredibly attentive and easy to deal with. The house is also in a great spot in Malaga and has been kept in excellent condition.
It’s a clean, pleasant apartment with nearly everything provided. In February, the heating only kept it around 18-20 degrees, though the blankets were warm. Hot water runs on a gas bottle, which can cause trouble; if it empties, they bring a replacement within an hour after you call. Sometimes the heating wouldn’t kick in. We had to shut the water tap and open it again, or, if that didn’t work, press the on/off button with the tap open, then close and reopen it.
