The staff were consistently helpful, and I chose a "Habitación doble matrimonial" for its large, comfortable bed. The hotel is reasonably priced and has useful facilities like a safe and fridge. There's no kettle in the room, but reception can make tea or coffee at any time. I'd recommend it and would stay again if I return to Malaga. The location is handy for both the historical center and the main railway station, which connects directly to the airport. One quirk is that reception is downstairs in the basement, though there's also a lift. My bathroom had a toilet and shower, with the sink outside. I actually found that convenient, since one person could brush their teeth while the other showered. I couldn't open the window because my room faced a busy, noisy road. With the window closed, though, it blocked the sound well.

I felt at home and comfortable the whole time. Irene checked us in late with a bright smile, explained the parking requirements, and helped us a lot. I was happy with the trip and would like to stay again if I get the chance. Thank you.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and so helpful. Downstairs there's free hot drinks, and the hotel's focus on sustainability gives the place a nice community feel. My room was basic, as I wanted, with a great shower and a really comfortable bed. I chose a room with a window instead of an inside room, but despite the traffic option, I didn't hear any traffic. The location worked really well. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, with direct airport links, and two minutes over the bridge to the main shopping area with its traditional and independent shops. The harbour is around a 20 minute walk, and the football stadium is about ten minutes away. Its tour is well worth 12 euro.

Just a heads-up, this place doesn't really have a fridge. It looks like one, but barely keeps things cold, more like it might stop food from going completely bad. Even that didn't work for my drinks, which went bad. If you need a proper fridge for milk, snacks, or leftovers, this hotel doesn't have one. The place was great otherwise, and I'm really not picky, but that was unfortunate.
