The hotel itself is fine and the location is good, but the service needs work. We’re staying here and our room still hasn’t been cleaned or the towels changed, even after we told them. There’s no clean towel, soap, or shower gel, and in a beach hotel that’s sacrilege. The trash is full too, and nothing has been done about any of it. For less money, you could rent a room or house and get the same lack of service.

The staff are very friendly and it has a family-like feel. Our room was quiet and relaxing, with a comfortable bed and a nice touch when we walked in. I’d recommend it if you want to unwind.

The room looked nice, but it wasn’t practical. The beds were awful, and the shower was left open, so water got everywhere.
