The room had a comfy bed, air conditioning, a small fridge and a cupboard-sized spot to hang clothes, plus a nice little bathroom. We had a double room with an extra bed, and they let our dog stay too. Our favorite part was the small open courtyard with its shower, handy for rinsing off sand and things. Breakfast was really good. It was quite expensive, though it was high season.

We booked the two-bedroom apartment on the top floor, and it worked perfectly for our family. It was very clean, and there was a bottle of chilled bubbly in the minibar. We first heard about the hotel on a travel show with Alex Politzi. The whole island is a hidden gem, and the hotel is the icing on the cake. Ten out of ten, highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

The hotel did try to help, and they even helped us change rooms so we could improve things. I'm grateful for that. But I feel like the whole island is a rip-off, and I won't return. It hasn't been looked after, I guess the local government doesn't really care, because it has huge potential to be an exquisite place.
