We went for lunch with friends on Easter Sunday after Carlos Subies recommended the place. The tasting menu was incredible, and the whole meal felt special and unforgettable. Gaspar and his wife made us feel at home from the minute we arrived, with such warm, welcoming service. We’d definitely come back. Thank you both!

Carmen and Javier make this place in the Sierra de Albarracín mountains feel like home. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and they took great care with food allergies. My partner has celiac disease and had no trouble at all. Such a great find, we’ll definitely return.

The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy, with lovely decor. We spent one night and felt right at home thanks to the incredibly friendly welcome. Dinner and breakfast are both worth having, everything we ate was delicious.

Breakfast was wonderful, though we were disappointed to miss the delicious dinner they offered. We only stayed one night last week, but the owners were such a lovely couple and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Absolutely recommended.

Carmen and Javier's service is unbeatable, and the hearty breakfast with potato omelet and mushrooms was breathtaking. The homemade tasting menu was delicious too. It’s a legendary spot for relaxing and enjoying the food, tucked away in this corner of the Albarracin mountains. I hope we can come back every year.
