We had a fabulous holiday in this spacious apartment in the heart of Pedreguer. Sue and Ean were wonderful hosts and helped us get our bearings. There’s plenty nearby, from shops and restaurants to bars and beaches, and we loved having coffee in the local square and admiring the beautiful architecture. Thanks, Sue and Ean. We’ll be back!

Sue went out of her way to help me, even picking me up from the bus station and sorting out a few small snags with my onward travel. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, and her kindness made me feel so welcome. You get a whole floor to yourself in this beautifully restored, very clean home, with all sorts of comforts. It’s right in the centre, with bars, restaurants, and shops just metres away. I’d absolutely recommend staying here, and I’ll bring my family next time.

Sue knows the area, the country, and the language so well, and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We loved the apartment’s mix of traditional Spanish architecture and British pop art, and we’ll be back as soon as we can. We have family in Pedreguer, though it would also work well for anyone heading to the beaches at Denia or Oliva. Highly recommended.

There’s a supermarket just a two-minute walk from this self-catering townhouse, with a good wine selection, and local Spanish bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. We loved the original architecture and traditional features, which give the place a real sense of village life. It accommodates four guests and is well placed for the sandy beaches of Denia, about a ten-minute drive away, as well as a golf course ten minutes away. Javea is around 20 minutes by car for bars and clubs, and Benidorm is about half an hour away for more entertainment. The hospitality was lovely, and I’d happily recommend it for an authentic Spanish stay.
