After driving all day, we wanted to book a room for the night. We had a very small dog, and Booking.com said pets were possible, but the reception refused us because of the dog. We were very tired and asked if they could make an exception, but they said no. Very customer-unfriendly. All the hotels we visited in Jaca turned us away in a bad manner. Aragon is beautiful, but it’s not for us. Never again. Glad the Pyrenees are bigger than Aragon and this town.
The rooms were pleasant, the staff friendly, the facilities good, and the food decent. Parking could be better, but it was perfectly adequate. A nice place to stay, and I’d use it again.
We had trouble finding the hotel when we arrived, and the town turned out to be quite a walk away. Once there, though, we found a modern, spotless place with helpful, friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the en-suite was nice. The bar meal was good value, and breakfast was generous and delicious. We’d stay again, Jaca is beautiful.
Breakfast was a nice buffet, and the room was clean. The pool is tiny, though it should be fine for kids at 1100 mm deep. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town, and there’s shared covered underground parking for an extra charge. The spa also costs extra, €8, so we didn’t use it.
We came here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and I had a great massage at the spa. It’s also well placed for mountain trips or skiing at the nearby resorts.
