The area is a plus, with nature nearby and some decent trails to hike. But we left feeling more stressed than when we arrived, and I really regret the visit. I feel for the staff, who didn't seem to have the right conditions to give guests a good experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. The rooms were spacious, but dirty, with hard, uncomfortable beds. The water stopped working several times. The food was a letdown across the board, especially breakfast. It felt like frozen food reheated in a microwave. The spa was disappointing too. The hot pools were cold, and everyone had to queue for the one jacuzzi, which was shared by about 30 people. The supposedly exclusive spa treatment wasn't exclusive, and it was very poor. Even the "cold pool" wasn't cold, and the sauna was around 50°C. The massage itself was okay and the staff were friendly, but the room was cold and the price felt high for what you got. The place didn't feel relaxing at all, more like a dentist's office. There was no music anywhere, not even in the cafeteria, and the lighting felt like it belonged in an operating room. The facilities seemed to need renovation 30 years ago. It's the worst spa resort stay I've had.

The setting was the best part for me: remote, peaceful and beautiful, with lovely walks, great scenery and birds of prey hovering overhead. It's a good choice for a quiet, relaxing break. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities, and it was cleaned very well each day. Room service was excellent too. I also enjoyed the therapeutic pool with its healing water. Restaurant food was varied and excellent, and the staff there were efficient, friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the stay.

The cave pool was a real favorite, and I loved the surroundings too. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were nice. It was okay overall, though I would've liked more food choices on site.

The baths are magnificent, and the surroundings are lovely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was super B. It can get a little expensive if you book without an offer, though. I hope I can come back soon.

That hot stone massage was fantastic. The spa itself is quite old and a bit run down.
