Room Salvador

I had a comfortable bed in an eight-bed room, with good temperature and darkening privacy curtains. The en suite bathroom was behind another sliding door and had a shower, toilet and two sinks. There was a free towel, and each bed had a light, regular power outlet, a spot for small things, and two lockers, one under the bed and one separate. The entrance door also worked as a window and could be opened. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception with a 10€ deposit. The location is around the corner from Las Setas and about 15-20 minutes from the bus station, and late check-in was possible. The common areas were a bit underwhelming, and the hostel doesn’t organize activities. There’s no kitchen, just a microwave, toaster grill and kettle. Water has to be fetched from the bathroom in the communal foyer, where breakfast is served, and there’s no other sink. Coffee and tea bags cost extra. There’s a locked fridge with soda for sale, though reception will store your food if you ask. Outside breakfast hours there are almost no cups. Luggage storage was 3,5€ in March 2026, and there’s a rooftop terrace where you can sit.

The location was handy, very close to Seville Cathedral, with a Carrefour convenience store about a five-minute walk away. In the eight-bed dorm, the bathroom and toilet were private but separate, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Free towels were provided, and the lockable lockers were big enough for a 45-liter backpack and some smaller things. Wi-Fi was pretty unstable. Downstairs, we could use an oven for pizza, microwave, kettle, bowls and forks or spoons for free. Hair dryers had to be borrowed from reception, and they didn’t ask for a passport or other ID for use under five minutes. Luggage storage before check-in and after checkout was free.

The rooms were very clean and it’s great value. Staff service was good, and the front desk is open 24 hours. You need your room key to enter the property at night, which made it feel secure. There’s also a ground-floor common room where you can relax.

The location was pretty good, with a sightseeing spot just around the corner. The rooms, though, were tiny and the AC was very bad. Staff weren’t friendly and didn’t communicate with us. The food was awful, with hardly any choice beyond doughnuts and cakes.
