The solomillo, ordered non-organic, was cooked perfectly, though I’d ask for less salt next time. The turbot looked good and tasted nice. They have organic options for an extra charge. The menu del dia was impressive, with a half-menu option, and the service was friendly. The care with the plates was a surprising detail.

The food was a pleasant surprise, and the service was efficient and kind. The Cestita gratinada de verduras, rodaballo, and solomillo were all very good. Do check the bill, though, we had to correct it with them.

The restaurant is excellent and well worth visiting. The three sisters who own the great Hostal are really friendly and helpful, and it’s in a beautiful location.
