These modern apartments are clean and spacious, with beach access nearby. Everything is handled by email and QR code for check-in, so there was no person to help us late at night. There is no pool or balcony, as you'd expect in town, and there's nowhere to store luggage on the last day. The luggage locker is a good 15 minutes away. It might suit younger guests, but the whole setup felt a bit stressful for us as seventy-year-olds.

They moved us to a different room the next day, after I'd filed lots of complaints through several channels. The hotel manager provided it around 11AM, which was nice. Please train the night call operator better. I can't imagine how bad it could be in an emergency if someone answers without a good solution. The air conditioning kept turning off. Customer service couldn't help or offer a fix, and told us to wait until the next day, which meant sleeping in very hot conditions. They rejected our request to change rooms, saying it was fully booked, though we were pretty sure it wasn't.

The rooms were very clean, and getting in was easy without needing anyone's help. The location is perfect. I'd definitely stay there again when I visit Las Palmas.

I'm updating my review after a second visit because the service was excellent this time. They helped me check in, and the rooms were spacious. The location is great too.
10/10
The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a cosy terrace on the roof.
