MASANET Emblematic Hotels by Airnest

We spent five days here and would gladly book again. The hotel is central, with two bus stations about 4 and 12 minutes away, and the cathedral is roughly 200 metres away. The Columbus museum is a five-minute walk. Our room faced the busy street, which we knew might be noisy, but it didn’t bother us. It was spacious and bright, and the hotel suggests an interior room for light sleepers. Everything in the room was as described. Breakfast was delicious with a good range to choose from, and the staff were incredible. We also ate around the neighborhood and found the food freshly cooked, nicely presented, and not expensive.

Breakfast here is worth making time for. Instead of a standard buffet, they serve a broad à la carte selection, and the small cafe opening onto the street gives mornings a lively, welcoming feel. The staff made us feel at home every day, from the front desk to housekeeping and the cafe. Our modern, comfortable room was clean and well looked after, with a balcony overlooking a lovely street toward the Cathedral. The building itself has that old city character, and the hotel is right in the middle of vequeta beside the Cathedral. A real highlight of our trip. Thanks so much to everyone at hotel Masanet.

The renovation of the original old building is beautifully done, with a very stylish look. Staff are welcoming and gentle with guests, and the breakfast is outstanding. There are interesting sights, shops, and restaurants close by.

The people are what made Masanet Emblematic hotel so memorable for me. Gabriella, Patrice and Louis were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. My luggage didn't arrive with me, and they played a big part in getting it back and helping me find a store for clothes while I waited. Thank you all so much, you're AWESOME!!!
