I stayed in September and the weather was lovely. The pool was open, but the workers were sealing the pavements with a horrible smell. There are residents who speak different languages and underground parking, and it's in a great spot. I'd still recommend it.

With lots of greenery, fountains, and two pools, it's a really pleasant place to live, and the neighbors are wonderful. The apartments are comfortable and come with underground parking, basement storage, and elevators. I'd say this is one of the best urbanizations in Javea. The location is very convenient: five minutes on foot to the sea, ten to the port, 12-15 to the administrative center of the pueblo, and 20 to Arenal. There are five supermarkets within walking distance, too. Most people in the community live here year-round, so it works well as a home throughout the year.

A very family-oriented residential area, with people of all ages. There are two pools and a children's play area, which makes it ideal for families with young kids.
