Casa Rosaleda

The bathroom was awful. Shower water splashed into the living room because there was no shower tray, and the beds were uncomfortable. We could hear everything from the courtyard and the other apartment doors, so getting a good night's sleep was impossible. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty and freezing. The sleeves smelled awful, and the owner didn’t fix the problem until the next day. We asked for a refund so we could leave and stay somewhere else, but he flatly refused. The owners’ service was terrible.

On our second night, we came back to find a cockroach in the middle of the living room. They also wanted to charge extra for a crib, so we decided not to use one. And when we moved the sofa bed, there were papers and a water bottle underneath that looked like they’d been there for who knows how long. We definitely won’t stay there again if we return to Jerez.

A scam. Don’t stay there, and be especially wary of the Booking.com reviews, since some of the positive ones are fake. The place is very dirty and full of cockroaches.

We booked through Booking.com, but the accommodation cancelled our reservation just three days before we were due to arrive. Avoid this place at all costs!
