The room was filthy. It smelled of mold, the shower was covered in black fungus, the beds squeaked, and the sheets were dirty and smelly. We found wet, rotten walls behind the wallpaper. The staff were friendly but seemed completely clueless. We paid 85€ for a filthy hole where even rats wouldn’t stay, so we left immediately. We got no refund and had to pay 180€ for another hotel. Total scam, avoid this place at all costs. We want our money back!

The rooms are nice and the location is great. We had a problem when we arrived, but they dealt with it quickly and gave us a discount.

A DISGRACE!!! When we arrived, the room was completely messed up by the previous guests, and they handed it over to me in that state. I called more than 20 times and sent a WhatsApp message, but got no reply. It was incredibly unprofessional, inconsiderate and shameless. And apparently we’re not the only ones, so it doesn’t seem like a one-off mistake. Their customer service is appalling. This place disgusts me, and I want a full refund. I’m giving it one star because I can’t give less. Unbelievable.

The location was the one bright spot. Inside, there was a bad smell throughout, and the room itself was in poor shape: the door was broken and didn’t feel secure, and one bed leg had been replaced with a box. We only found two bottles of hand soap, with no shampoo or shower gel. If you end up in the Picadueña room, I’d ask to move, though I’d advise against booking the hotel at all. It’s a shame to see a place with so much potential in this condition.
