There are cockroaches everywhere, even though the place looks pleasant otherwise. We’re desperate to leave before our stay is over. The cleanliness is appalling, almost nonexistent. I’ve never had to pay to sleep with cockroaches. On top of that, the bathroom has barely any water pressure for a shower, and the lighting for washing up is poor. We can’t wait to get out of here.
The location is great and the apartment is cute, which makes this such a letdown. The place needs a proper clean, and the lift was out for three days. If you need help, you can try calling, but they don't pick up. Honestly, it feels ideal for anyone fond of cockroaches. 😞
It's in a really good spot, which is a shame given how the stay went. We found cockroaches, the fridge didn't work and the bathroom door got stuck shut once closed. There were no cleaning supplies, the lift was broken, and nobody answered our calls. We had to throw away quite a bit of food. I really can't recommend it. 😫😞
They gave us a lovely little surprise when we arrived, but I'll keep it a secret 😉. The location is excellent, everything was pretty comfortable, and having a lift in the building was much appreciated.
The apartment is in a good spot, and checking in independently was convenient. Still, the maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay: the shower drained badly, its head holder was broken, and there was dampness on the door. The sliding bathroom door would slide fully open, and there wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed. At night, a smoke alarm in the stairwell kept sounding for over three hours. With these oversights and the lack of upkeep in holiday apartments, we won't come back.
