Virginia and her team put so much care into running this beautiful hotel, and Virginia was a wonderful, friendly host with loads of helpful advice on where to go. We came back last year after a previous stay, this time with my family for the Flamenco Festival, and La Gitanilla was a perfect start to the trip. There's a peaceful upstairs terrace with a lovely view of the Alcazar, where you can enjoy breakfast, coffee, or a drink any time. Downstairs, the honesty bar has snacks, water, or a Sherry or two before heading out. The location is ideal, close to Jerez's bars and restaurants. Our room was charming and individual, very clean, with comfortable beds, crisp sheets, and lovely toiletries. Can't recommend it enough 😊

Virginia, our hostess, was a delight and gave us useful ideas for things to see. We loved the little snack room too, stocked with coffee, drinks, and substantial snacks. The hotel felt clean and welcoming throughout, and the king bed was very comfortable. It's beautifully decorated in gorgeous colors. We had a delightful stay and would gladly recommend it.

La Gitanilla looked especially lovely with all the extra Christmas decorations, and the room was clean with really comfortable beds. Virginia and the team were immensely helpful and kept us informed with useful details before we arrived. Breakfast was a tasty buffet-style selection of sandwiches with different drinks, and there's a little tuck shop for when you get peckish. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend La Gitanilla to anyone in Jerez. Big thanks to Virginia and the team ❤️

The hotel is close to the city center, with the cathedral and Alcázar nearby too. We were greeted warmly and shown to a nice, tidy first-floor room. It has the feel of a cozy little family hotel, and the owner's son even helped carry our suitcases upstairs. Breakfast was excellent as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Gitanilla.

Virginia was really helpful with recommendations and arranging visits for us. This is a great little hotel in Jerez's old town, near the cathedral. The building is lovely and spotless, and it was great value for money. Our room suited us perfectly for one night, though the bathroom is very small and the bedroom has no outside windows. That wasn't a problem for just one night.
