I’m posting my response here because I can’t reply to your comment on my review, which is full of lies. We booked the apartment and thought we had canceled, but we hadn’t, so we were charged. We called to ask if there was any way to sort it out because we couldn’t travel. We never said anything serious had happened, despite what you’re claiming. You told us cancellation wasn’t possible because the deadline had passed. We accepted that, then tried to rearrange our trip since we’d paid for the apartment. The reservation was ours, and we never asked you to cancel it. You decided to do that yourself without consulting us, then called to say it had already been rented to you. Even if we weren’t going to travel, the paid reservation was ours to use as we chose. You had no right to cancel it. Booking.com told us you hadn’t canceled anything through them and that the reservation was still ours. You no longer wanted to host us, so perhaps you were the one who got angry. We were going to use the apartment after you said it couldn’t be canceled, so your claim that we were angry about that doesn’t make sense. If you want, post our conversation. You made up the claim that we said we couldn’t come because of something very serious, the first of many lies. You saw a chance to take advantage of the situation and list the apartment again for more money, since nothing else was available in Jerez on those dates. You’re the shameless one here. We don’t need to spread rumors on social media. We just want the truth out there so nobody else has to go through this.

Be VERY careful with this apartment. We had paid for a reservation, but the owner canceled it just days before our trip for no reason and wouldn't refund us. We tried to talk it through and sort things out, but it was impossible. I don't see how you can deal with people like that. If you feel you've been scammed and your money stolen, this place gets a zero from me. P.S. If the owner accuses us of lying, all of this can be checked on the apartment rental website.

She charged us for the month, then canceled our reservation after taking the money. We never said we wanted to cancel. We only asked if cancellation was still possible after the deadline, and said we'd still come if it wasn't. Maybe she'll now rent the apartment to someone else and make double the money 🫰🏻. These people won't listen to reason and just hide behind the fine print, but we can prove our side is right. Enjoy your paid vacation...

A group of us stayed here for a wedding and felt really comfortable. The apartments and rooms are all nicely renovated, feel brand new, and have pleasant decor. They're right in central Jerez. The terrace looks like a lovely spot to relax or read when the weather's nice. If we're back in spring, we'll definitely try it.
