Sanvi Xerez Centro

We booked at the last minute and were lucky a room was available. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Ours was simple but clean, with fresh towels and comfortable beds and pillows. It's on a quiet little street, yet still close to the city centre.

The hotel feels very old and dated, and the beds were uncomfortable. Our room was dark and airless, with no exterior window. When it rained in the morning, water came through the walls and soaked all our suitcases. The owners weren't helpful: when we asked about parking, they gave no advice and didn't reply. The outside door key they gave us didn't work, so we got locked out late at night. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The hosts made our stay memorable. They were lovely and so friendly, always doing everything they could to help, and we're very grateful for their hospitality. I was there with family while we looked for somewhere to live outside Jerez. The hotel and rooms had a typical Spanish look, and were clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again if we visit Jerez. Muchísima gracias a todos :)

The decor is quite vintage and comfort is average, but it costs very little. It's a tidy place with lots of rooms that seem well looked after, on a very quiet pedestrian street in the centre. The heart of the city is only about five minutes away.
