A quiet place.

The apartment's huge glass wall looks out from the living room over the pool, and it's absolutely lovely ☺️. We stayed last weekend and had a fantastic time. The host was friendly from the start, and there's parking and Wi-Fi. It's only a five-minute walk to the town center, with lots of bars and restaurants. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back 🤗

We left the next day, after a terrible stay in the "Ant-Little Ants" apartment. The photos and videos didn't match the place, and the facilities felt neglected. We were my 70-year-old mother, my 2-year-old son, and me, with lots of luggage. Nobody was at reception, and the bathroom was filthy when we arrived. The apartment was on the second floor with no lift, but nobody had told us. My mother has a knee injury, and we wouldn't have come if we'd known there were two flights of stairs. Inside, it was stifling in August. The fridge was full of dead bugs and hadn't been cleaned, and we had to wash every plate and glass. There were no mosquito nets. They said there was air conditioning, but it was a small, noisy machine that sounded like a tractor. With the heat, noise, and mosquitoes, we couldn't sleep at all. We had to shut everything because mosquitoes kept getting in, and there was also a little lizard and a flying cockroach. We asked Erick for a refund because the stairs hadn't been disclosed, the air conditioning wasn't what we'd been led to expect, and the cleaning was so poor. He refused and said we owed him instead, then blocked us. We never saw Erick or anyone else in charge during our stay. He seemed surprised by our complaint, saying that nobody had complained in 14 years. I checked other bad reviews, and people in Jérica told us the same things. Other guests at the house had also asked for a fan because of the heat. This was our experience.

After a day hiking in Jerica, this is a lovely place to unwind. The accommodation is beautiful, well cared for, and has just the right atmosphere for relaxing. Erick makes sure you're comfortable, and offers ways to round out a laid-back stay, including Reiki, massages, and a spa. The pool is great 💚
