The pool itself was all right, but there was no music or regular service, and I never saw the chairs being cleaned. Someone only came over after reception spotted us on camera with snacks and drinks, to tell us off. It felt like guests were being watched closely while the hotel overlooked its own shortcomings, including taking plates away before people had finished and poor attitudes. The young woman at reception and one of the cleaners were the only staff who seemed friendly. The food and facilities were terrible, and so was the service. Avoid booking dinner: it was cold and bland, the plates were dirty, and the staff were unwelcoming. Breakfast had similar problems, though dinner was worse. They provided no free water with dinner and wouldn't let us bring our own. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. If you're hoping to relax, I wouldn't come here. You feel watched the whole time. For me, the water policy was the final straw at this low-class hotel.

I come back often because I really like this place. The staff are lovely and helpful, the location is perfect, and the rooms are clean. I'll keep returning ❤️

The buffet was a bright spot: the food was basic but tasty, and the staff there were nice. The air conditioning also worked perfectly. The rest felt more like a hospital than a hotel. My room had a hospital feel, as did the building, and the front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't even greet guests. I reported two room problems at check-in, but neither was fixed. The only person I'll give credit to was the staff member who replaced my remote when the first one didn't work. There seemed to be no way to track issues or let guests know when a problem had been resolved.

The view from our room was lovely, and that helped make up for the fact that the rooms could use renovation. We found the hotel well located, close to everything, and the staff were very friendly. They responded to our requests right away. Dinner had a good enough selection and was all delicious. Breakfast wasn't as varied, but the food was fresh and tasty. We just left this lovely hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay nearby without paying too much.

The pool was decent and the staff were pleasant. The bed was okay, but there weren't enough pillows, and the shower was just okay too. The rooms are very basic and the hotel feels tired. We paid £120 a night for room only, so I can't comment on the food. We stayed two nights, which was long enough. Poor value for money.
