The flats have everything you need, and we found it a comfortable place to stay in town.

The grounds are a real pleasure, with a lovely pool, loungers, and a little playground for children. There are only eight apartments in this small residence, and its location is handy. Having parking is a big help since finding a space on the street is very difficult. The kitchen has what you need for simple meals, and the place is clean, though it’s best not to shift the sofa or bedside tables around too much. The bedrooms are small, sometimes with room only for the beds and no wardrobes. There’s just one air conditioner in the living room, but fans in the bedrooms help with the heat. The bathrooms are on the small side too, though fine for a short stay. We’ve been coming for about ten days at a time for several years. This is the one time the family gets together, so we book two two-bedroom apartments and ask to be on the same floor. We also need one apartment to have a bedroom large enough for a child to sleep in with the parents. This year that request wasn’t met, and we only reached an agreement after contacting customer service. There’s no in-person reception, and communicating through WhatsApp is difficult, even though the staff do try to respond. After hours on the road, that made our arrival less pleasant. We hope we won’t have the same hassle if we come back. We had an enjoyable stay in a small, well-situated residence. They should take care to honor guests’ requests and avoid raising prices too much, so the apartments remain good value. Prices in 2025 rose by 38%, bringing them close to the French coast.

The apartment was spacious, and the outdoor area was very well kept. The pool was clean, and private garage parking came included at no extra charge. We could walk to both the town center and the beach.

The pool and grounds were lovely and well maintained, and being close to the sea was a plus, even though the view looked out onto a rather unattractive building. The apartment worked for our stay and the kitchen was quite good, but it was missing some important details, especially for a group of five or six. There wasn’t a tablecloth, and the apartment lacked cleanliness inside and out on the terrace. Some kitchen things were provided in only just enough quantity for our group. The bedrooms were very small, with just one wardrobe in one room, so there wasn’t enough space for our clothes. The shower was so tiny it was hard to bend down for the shampoo. These seem like easy things to improve, and I hope they’ll be considered. Despite that, our stay was positive.
