The area felt inconvenient, unsafe, and hilly, and the cleaner who made me wait seemed rude. She gave me a dirty look, which left me uncomfortable and a bit embarrassed, as though the check-in mix-up and lack of notice were my fault. I waited more than an hour to check in, even though they only contacted me one minute before check-in. The room itself was very basic, with dripping water noises all night and loud sounds from next door through the thin walls. I wouldn't recommend it.

Modern, and a nice place.

The rooms are fine, but the customer service was terrible. My partner and I were left outside in the cold at 10 pm for an hour because neither the code nor the virtual key worked. The person helping me couldn't say how long we'd have to wait because nobody at the switchboard answered her. I can only imagine how many hours it might have been if we'd arrived later. It was a disgrace, and I absolutely don't recommend this place.

I loved it. It was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, so I highly recommend it!
