Camp Nou Apartment

On arrival, the apartment was dirty, messy, and nothing like the listing photos. The bedsheets, which had once been white, were yellow and had cigarette butts on them; there were only three single beds for five people, and the comforter was hanging outside on the balcony. I had booked for five based on the listing and its photo of a clean apartment with a queen bed. When I raised this with the property manager, we were thrown out with our three children, without a refund, and left on the street. We couldn't book anywhere else while waiting for a refund that never came. Someone who said they were the owner later called, listened, took responsibility, and promised a refund, but nothing happened despite several follow-ups. I have photos and messages as evidence. Under Spanish law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), a business must refund a service that wasn't provided as agreed. I didn't stay or receive the agreed accommodation, and the property refused to provide it, so I am entitled to a full refund. To the owner, please issue it immediately. I won't let this go and will keep escalating through legal and public channels until it's resolved. Avoid this place. It was completely unprofessional, misleading, and unfair to travelers.
