easyHotel Barcelona Fira

The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was basic but worked, and the room had a bed and a small TV. Some channels didn't work, but I didn't report it since I wasn't planning to spend much time awake in the room. Still, for a business stay I'd like some furniture too. The location is useful if you're attending a conference at one of the Fira halls. Hall 8 is an easy ten-minute walk, though you can get an Uber or similar if you have luggage. For seeing the city, I'd look for a hotel closer in with better room facilities. It's a very basic hotel, which is what they offer, so I feel a bit unfair giving it 3. The A/C was temperamental: it didn't work the first night, worked the second, then stopped by the third morning, despite being within its stated operating hours. A/C has set hours here. Prices might be fine if they were really basic, but they know when conferences are on and charge accordingly, which doesn't match what you get. Cleaning and towel changes cost extra unless you've already paid an inflated rate that includes them.

The location was convenient, with easy access to some of Barcelona’s main attractions, while the hotel itself felt like a peaceful break from the city noise. The atmosphere was relaxed but efficient, and the rooms and common areas were kept spotless, which made me feel comfortable right away. Adriana and Federica were especially lovely. They went out of their way to help and made sure I had what I needed, always with warmth and professionalism. I had a great stay at Easy Hotelbin Barcelona, from beginning to end. Easy Hotel really lived up to its name for convenience and comfort. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona, and I'll return next time.

This is only a good sleep-and-go hotel for a night or two. Stay longer and you'll miss even a table or chairs. There was nowhere for suitcases except on the floor. To get toilet paper, you have to walk all the way to reception past other guests, a lovely “brown moment.” You also have to collect your own hand towel and bath mat there. The bed was short enough that my feet stuck out, and the pillow was tiny, but I could manage that. I was also fine with the air conditioning switching off at certain hours. What bothered me was that the window can't be opened even a crack for fresh air, despite being charged for the room. Really, with today's concern for hygiene and indoor air quality? Air conditioning can't replace fresh air. Dear easyHotel Barcelona team, we came to Barcelona to enjoy the city and its surroundings, not to spend our time in a hotel. I still have some questions and would really appreciate a reply. Is this confidential information?? My verdict is that it costs a lot for very little value.

The bed and mattress were firm, and room cleaning is available for a fee. It's not the cheapest place, but you're near the mall, metro, and lots of restaurants, and can walk practically anywhere. The staff were so kind, and I love this hotel. I'd recommend it and would definitely book again. Thanks for having us.
