I had a really nice three-night stay and found everything close at hand. The bed was very comfortable. I'll stay here again on my next visit to Gibraltar, thanks.

The price and location were hard to beat, and my partner and I had a fantastic weekend. The room was quiet, cozy, and very clean. We also had use of a shared area with laundry, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which was all we needed. We'll definitely come back.

We had two more nights booked, but had to leave the day after arriving because we were covered in bed bug bites. The hostel told us about a bed bug treatment only after we were already on our way. They said they thought the problem was under control and that the product was only under the bed and not toxic. We stayed the night because we had nowhere else to go. The owner had a cocky attitude and didn't seem to care, saying he'd already warned us even though there was no advance notice. He offered only a full refund through Booking.com, which takes days to process, and left us to sort things out ourselves. It's worth paying a little extra to stay somewhere else. Don't go to this hostel right now, there are bed bugs!
