The lack of working heat made the apartment uncomfortable throughout our five days and four nights there. It stayed around 16.5°C inside, especially uncomfortable with the low temperatures outside. No other heating, such as an electric heater, was provided. We were told blankets would be brought, but only one arrived for the three of us, who slept in separate bedrooms. We reported the problem during the stay and the owner came to the apartment, but the heat still wasn't fixed by the time we left. It had a significant impact on our experience.

We reported the heating problem right away, and the owner came by, but it still hadn’t been fixed by the end of our stay. For five days and four nights, the apartment had no working heat and stayed around 16.5°C, which was very uncomfortable in the cold weather. No other heater was provided, and the promised blankets turned out to be just one for three people sleeping in separate bedrooms. The stay was unpleasant at best, and it significantly ruined our vacation.
