For three days, the cleaning service didn't clean the room or replace our wet towels. We asked for help and got an apology, but no action or fresh towels. The shower was broken too, though at first we were willing to put up with it. All the while, drunk people outside our only window made noise day and night, so we couldn't open it or get any peace until morning. After the trip, the company continued offering apologies without meaningful compensation. Weeks later, they offered a €20 voucher for their apartments. After such a bad stay, I wasn't about to return to Barcelona just to use that, and the offer felt insulting. Airbnb eventually refunded its charges because the rental people wouldn't make things right. An apology without action isn't enough. This company showed little respect for its customers, and I'd strongly advise against using them unless you're prepared for poor service and no accountability. Shame on them.

The apartment was in the peripheral area of Barcellona, and although the rooms aren't large, it was well kept. The bathroom is small, and there was a big TV. The kitchen had the essentials, including a washing machine and an oven. I'd give it four stars because the price isn't very affordable, though it does reflect the apartment's good condition.

The location was great, and the apartment was good value for money. Self check-in was easy, and the support team arranged early check-in and a place for our luggage after checkout. I'd recommend it.

The balcony was a highlight, and the location was really convenient. The apartment was spacious and stylish, and it was very clean when we arrived.
