Ona Living Barcelona

The apartment accepts children of all ages, and the soundproofing is awful. You can clearly hear chairs being moved upstairs, so don't expect a good night's sleep. Reception is only open from 9 to 5, and they can't help with issues at night. The emergency number from Ona Living Barcelona or the hotel group “Mosaic Barcelona . By ONA” said they only handled bookings and couldn't do anything. Live Chat told me to go upstairs and knock on the door. A day before I left, they messaged me asking me to take the rubbish out to the street myself. The apartment is old, like the one next door, and poorly maintained. For the price, it wasn't worth it. We knew the good rate came with a spot outside downtown, but getting around was easy with metro and bus stops nearby. Our room had plenty of space for two, and reception were helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay.

The reception lady was lovely and very helpful. The room had decent space but felt a bit dated, and the toilet had poor ventilation. Soundproofing was really bad: all night I could hear things dropping and chairs scraping in the room above. I slept terribly, and staff had limited options even after I complained. At this price, there are plenty of other choices.

Room E2 has a really nice view, and the metro is only a four-minute walk away. The accommodation was very good, and every staff member was friendly, spoke English, and was ready to help. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The one thing missing was tea bags in the room.
