Casa Rural Tío Moreno

I came with my family two years ago, and the apartment was just right for relaxing away from the city bustle. It was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The heating and Wi-Fi both worked great. Whenever we had questions, customer service was very helpful.

The refrigerator was filthy and packed with solidified ice. The beds felt ancient, and the spring mattresses sagged and dug into our backs. The sheets looked dirty, old and terribly wrinkled. We were told they don’t even iron them for the price we pay. The sofa was cracked and ancient, with holes and chewing gum stuck to it. The cushions were black and ripped, as shown in the video. It was a disgrace and a rip-off, nothing like the ad photos. The reviews are clearly bought.

The house was at -1 degree Celsius when we arrived in January, and there were only thin summer sheets on the beds, no duvets or blankets. The pillows were so flat they were no use. After we switched on the heating, the person in charge knocked to say it was too warm, which felt ridiculous in a freezing house. They hadn't made the place ready for us and weren't friendly. I wouldn't come back, and I can't recommend it.

The house was warm even though we visited in January, and everything was very clean. We stayed several days and found it welcoming, with spacious bedrooms and lovely bathrooms that even had hairdryers. Being able to bring a pet is a real plus for a rural stay. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and spend time in nature.
