We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this small but welcoming and comfortable hostel. Breakfast was complete, tasty, and enjoyable, and the location is handy, less than five minutes from the main road. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and suggested how to plan our visit. When we checked out, he shared more tips about the area and explained local traditions, including the San Antón pig and the Moza de las Ánimas (Lady of the Souls). A highly recommended place to stay around here, and we'd definitely return.

The owner was especially friendly and attentive to my arrival, explaining how to find the place and park nearby. The hotel's right in the center of La Alberca, just a one-minute walk from the main square. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, and everything was very clean. There's breakfast at the bar downstairs for €5. A charming place, and I highly recommend it.

Everything was brand new and beautifully decorated at this place, which opened in May 2025. The person helping us was so kind and helpful, and called several times before we arrived to confirm our arrival and help us find the accommodation and parking. They also gave us excellent tips about activities and places to visit.

The setting is unbeatable, but apparently when staff ask how things are, they expect you to say everything is fine. We pointed out that the breakfast shown in their website photos didn't match what we were served, since they had asked us. They got annoyed and even tried to ridicule us in front of the other customers. Just another rude person.

This is an extraordinary rural stay, only 50 meters from the main square in the wonderful village of La Alberca. Fernando, the host, does everything he can to make you comfortable and gives detailed information about the village and the Sierra de Francia mountains.
