I can only comment on the restaurant, and the change in management is the only reason I can think of for how different it felt. We visited on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The €22 set menu had just two options for each course. Last year it cost €16-17, so this increase felt outrageous, especially when places in Barcelona or Valladolid offer more variety and quality for €15-20. We paid the €22 at La Hacienda in town instead, where the choice of starters and mains was huge and the quality is always top-notch.

We decided against coming back. The €22 daily menu is very expensive for such a limited choice, just two starters and two main courses, and none of it seemed special. I can only speak for the restaurant.

A few days ago we celebrated my parents' golden wedding anniversary. We're very grateful to the restaurant team, especially Vanesa, for the personal, professional care they gave us both beforehand and throughout the celebration.

After waiting 15 minutes while three waiters brought out a dishwasher and wandered around without taking our drink order, we gave up and left. The service was disgraceful.
