JM Puerto Del Rosario

The room was reasonably priced for what you get, and the bathroom was especially nice, with a large shower room and a good-sized sink. We stayed two nights on a short trip. The beds were so hard I could barely sleep, and there was no TV remote. A smart TV would be a handy addition for travellers who want to log into Netflix. The service was very good. Even with a language barrier, the staff made an effort to help and meet our needs, and they provided a wheelchair. The location is useful for the airport and hospital, though it's a bit noisy next to the port. There's a very nice beach a short walk away. Overall, we had a good stay.

We really enjoyed Puerto Rosiario, especially the nice walk and cycle route along the seafront. The hotel was excellent value, in a lovely spot, with bedroom views of the sea and port. The cafe downstairs was fantastic, and the hotel and cafe staff were all kind and helpful. Thank you.

The views are stunning, and the staff were friendly, caring, and very helpful. It's in a fantastic spot, five minutes' walk from the center, ten minutes from The main shopping center, and a very pleasant 25-minute walk to the general hospital. My mam fell and broke a hip while on holiday, so I had to come and rescue her. I'd definitely return, and highly recommend it.

They were still helping stranded passengers late at night, and they looked after so many of us. After our flight was diverted to Fuerteventura, the hotel accepted our last-minute booking at midnight and arranged a taxi from the airport for my partner and me. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
