The room was comfortable and so quiet that we never heard the road. The service, though, was a real letdown. During our three-day stay I was celebrating my birthday, so I asked about any birthday offers. Nobody congratulated me or suggested booking a restaurant table for that evening. The staff just said, indifferently, “Oh, your stay is already paid for,” and passed me the keys. They made no effort to make the occasion feel special. My partner wasn't offered any way to arrange a surprise, even for an extra fee, which made it seem like the hotel simply doesn't think about this kind of thing. We also weren't given drinking water each day. When we asked, we were told it wasn't included and that this was just their rule, which seemed odd for a four-star hotel. At reception, nobody greeted us or smiled when we came in or went out during the whole stay. On my birthday I left with balloons, clearly happy and in a festive mood, and nobody even acknowledged me. It felt cold and unwelcoming. The room itself was very good, but the lack of hospitality was disappointing, and we won't be coming back.

The gym was fantastic, spacious and packed with weights and machines. The location isn't ideal for general sightseeing in La Coruña, though it worked perfectly for my visit with family. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they upgraded us to a superior room with a huge bed and a Nespresso machine. There were only two capsules, and none were replaced the next day. If you're putting a Nespresso in the room, a few different flavours and a top-up during room service would make sense. They're not that expensive.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were really nice. It's a business hotel near the airport and expocenter, with easy access into the city centre.

I've always had a good stay here, and the place feels well organized and safe. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for quality both inside and outside the hotel. Thank you.

We spent a few days here in September and can't wait to come back. The team across Reception, Restaurant and Guest Service were amazing, always ready to help. The food was excellent, both breakfast and the a la carte restaurant, and the service was wonderful. Everything felt luxurious, and the location was fantastic. Thanks to the whole team!
