Laia was especially warm and helpful, and most of the staff were kind and professional. The room was lovely and very comfortable, with a spotless, spacious bathroom. The spa was relaxing and well organized, and the facilities looked beautiful and well cared for. We also appreciated the robe, slippers, and spa cap. Our check-in with Yaiza was disappointing. She came across as rude and unwelcoming, which took away from an otherwise excellent stay and didn't match the hotel's hospitality. Everything else was close to perfect, and I hope the hotel addresses that first impression. The place itself is fantastic and well worth a visit.

We spent three days here in mid-December last year and loved it. The hotel has a cozy, quiet setting, a vintage feel, friendly service, and tasty breakfasts. The thermal water was the highlight for us, we felt healthier and younger afterward, and we'd definitely return. La Roca Village is about a 20-minute drive away, and Barcelona is around 40 minutes by train. We highly recommend the hotel.

For us, the reviews were right, it was a hit. We had a great room and loved the spa, which was just what we expected. There's some wear and tear, but the spa itself more than made up for it. We visited with a child and a baby, and it's fun for all ages. If you're bringing kids, check the spa's kids' hours.

The spa was a wonderful experience, and finding the hotel from the local train station was easy. Getting around with a disability is another matter. The cobbled driveway is difficult, and there are stairs plus a steep path to the outdoor pool. I'd expect a lift inside the spa, but the explanations for why we had to take the stairs were vague, and I'm unsure whether a lift is even in use. On day two we found another exit to town that was easier than the driveway, though it also involved stairs.
