The lower floors have no view, the elevators never work, and the place is noisy all the time because they hold parties. There’s a shared laundry with just three machines for 300 people and no Wi-Fi or breakfast at all. Downstairs, an overpriced restaurant sells expired seafood. Lots of lies in the other reviews.

Really disappointed overall. I’m a single man who works all day, takes one shower, and has a few coffees, yet I got a water bill. God help a family moving in. The apartments are freezing in winter, and the constant dog barking makes a great alarm clock. It’s a one-star place, I suppose, but watch out when paying for Wi-Fi. You get more bills because nobody bothers to pay Movistar.

The beach is only about a three-to-five-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket nearby. It’s a quiet area, with very good service. An excellent apartment complex.

The apartment was basic but clean, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. There wasn’t a kettle, but they gave me one when I asked.

They said there was Wi-Fi in the hallway bar, but there actually wasn’t.
