Hotel Alcaidesa

We felt in good hands throughout our stay, thanks to the committed people who run this family-owned hotel and the staff they’ve chosen. Agnes gave outstanding service at the impressive rooftop bar, with its excellent tapas and views. Filip was lovely at reception and in the restaurant too. The food is very high quality, and the location near Gibraltar is something special. The generous hours made it easy to take our time, from breakfast through dinner and even at checkout. It’s a wonderful place to recharge. Time flew by, but we’ll definitely come back. A big thank you to everyone at ALCAIDESA BOUTIQUE HOTEL for this stay!

The staff made this stay feel especially welcoming. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, attentive, friendly, and keen to make sure I had what I needed. They recommended dishes and checked that everything in my room was right. You can tell they take pride in their work. The views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the coastline were gorgeous, whether I was on the terrace or at the rooftop bar, and the beach was only a short stroll away. The meals were a highlight too. Dinner was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and Mediterranean dishes. Lunch was just as good, relaxed but refined, and the small menu made each dish feel carefully prepared. Alcaidesa Boutique Hotel in La Alcaidesa is a charming little place that exceeded my expectations. It combines lovely food, great views, and kind service in a way that feels both luxurious and homey. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The staff were especially friendly and attentive to what we needed. My wife and I had a wonderful stay, from the comfortable, stylish room to the rooftop bar, where Paula makes amazing cocktails. The restaurant has a small selection of high-quality dishes too. We’d happily recommend the place and will come back.

I ended up extending my stay twice because the people here made me feel at home. The food and service were excellent, and my room was quiet, spotless, and very well appointed. The big terrace had a beautiful view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar, while the rooftop bar had a fun feel, great handmade cocktails, and mouthwatering tapas. The hotel is right in the heart of this charming little town, just a five-minute walk from the beach. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped into the lobby. I’d recommend this lovely boutique hotel and its restaurant and bar without hesitation. I’m already planning another visit. Thank you for making my trip so memorable.
