The pool was alright, though it felt too small for the number of guests. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, including when we needed them to call taxis. Still, we won’t be coming back. We booked self-catering, but the room only had a microwave, so an oven would have been much more useful than the dishwasher. When we arrived at Bristol sunset beach, the room hadn’t been cleaned. We found rubbish in the bin, old receipts from previous guests and had to sweep the floor ourselves. At the rooftop bar, the drinks and service were good, but the chicken burger was frozen. We paid €30 for breakfast, the option available if you’re all-inclusive, and there was hardly anything to choose from. We had egg on toast and a kiwi, with nothing else available. The woman at breakfast stamped a loyalty card for us, promising a free cocktail once it was full. The next evening, when I showed the card, the waiter looked awkward, and another waiter said they hadn’t used those cards in years and didn’t know why we’d been given one. On our last day, cleaners opened our door without knocking or pressing the buzzer while we were gathering our things. They stood outside watching us pack, and we forgot some of our belongings as a result.

The apartments were lovely, fresh and clean, and breakfast was a nice buffet. The Roof bar’s food and drinks were lovely too, plus we got 10% off. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. The only downside was no cleaning during our five days. A clean every other day would be nice, and there was no tea, coffee or sugar provided.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would gladly return. It’s in a quiet part of Corralejo, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was nice, and the rooftop bar was good too. There was yoga and a few other activities on offer, though we didn’t try them. Across the road is a small, completely empty beach that’s nice and safe for swimming and snorkeling. The price was much lower than a lot of other accommodation, so it felt like very good value.

This was our second lovely stay. We had a modern, well-kept apartment with a large garden terrace, a big fridge freezer and a great shower. The gardens are beautiful and looked after really well, and the pool area was in great condition too. Staff were always friendly and around if we needed anything. The rooftop bar was a real plus, with food and drinks at good prices. We also used the on-site launderette twice during our long stay. A set of drawers in the bedroom would be handy, and a few more sunbeds by the pool would be welcome.

The continental breakfast was excellent, and we could watch surfers out in the morning. We also had a great evening meal at the roof to bar, with an artist playing mellow tunes, and residents get 10% off food and drinks. The food and drinks were both great. The room on the ground floor of block 2 looked out over the pool and was amazing. Giulia at Reception was so helpful when we arrived after travelling from the far south of the island. Walking in felt like stepping into a luxury oasis. Thank you, I can’t recommend this place enough.
