We're on our last day, unfortunately, and I just have to say I've never felt so welcome by hotel staff. The restaurant team were incredible, friendly and always happy to help. We ate there every night of the holiday, which we never usually do, because I loved the atmosphere, the food and especially Sergio's cocktails! The cleaners kept the villa and pool spotless, reception were lovely, and the security guards were hilarious 😂 What an amazing time. We'll be back next year, so please make sure the restaurant staff are still there 😂 A huge shout-out to Herman, Sergio, Nacho, Linda, Rosa, Emanuel and Mara, and the security guards. Thanks for making our holiday so much fun. See you next year ☺️

We've visited several times and have never been disappointed. It's a great place for a relaxing holiday, with excellent facilities, including its own pool, a rooftop terrace, sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The restaurant food is fantastic. Local shops are nearby, and the town is a gentle 35-minute walk away. Staff are friendly and ready to sort out any issues. Highly recommended 👌

This was our first time here and in Fuerteventura, and what a lovely resort. Reception made check-in quick and easy. Our apartment was well equipped, and all the staff were attentive and very friendly. It was serviced once during the week. We chose half board. Breakfast was superb, with lots of options, including fresh pancakes and omelettes. Dinner was buffet style with different themes, plus a chef who could cook meat or fish. There are two supermarkets within a five-minute walk. The resort is on the edge of town, about a 40-45 minute walk or a short taxi ride in. The beach is around a 45-60 minute walk. The location didn't bother us, though some might find it a bit out of the way.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and service were excellent, breakfast was excellent, the included water was a nice touch, and the spa massage was superb. Each villa has its own parking spot beside it. It's an easy downhill 30-minute walk into town, and we took a taxi back for €8. The two things that kept this from five stars were the lack of a washing machine in our room and no separate bar. The bar is part of the restaurant, and a separate spot would be better for anyone who just wants an evening drink.

The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond, and the villa was very well equipped. We loved the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was plentiful with plenty of variety. The accommodation and service were both great. Nearby restaurants are good, though some need to be booked in advance.
