We got in touch with Booking.com right away. They understood what happened and confirmed that we don't owe anything. 4. What you said was definitely "the usual Italians." Three witnesses can confirm it. 5. I read the reviews here and on Booking.com, and it looks like this isn't the first time you've falsely accused guests. I've never been through anything like this. I'm extremely disappointed and shocked. Given all of that, you're the one lying, continuing to make completely false claims and unfairly accuse us of lying.

The apartment was just as shown on Booking, and we didn't take photos. We found it quite good overall, with free parking nearby and lots of services in the area. It's a large place with a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and a comfortable open living room and kitchen. Nothing was missing, though a small table and chairs on the back patio would have been useful. The patio has a wall-mounted drying rack and two lines for hanging clothes, which came in handy. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us. We asked for a different pillow because we're used to memory foam and notice the difference straight away when there's a problem, and they promptly brought us a lower one. We used the bedroom ceiling fan and kept the window shut to block out street noise. I can't say whether the fan would be enough in hotter weather than we had.

We spent a week here and everything was great. The owners were very friendly, and the apartment was clean and quiet, with no outside noise. It's just two minutes from the center, with shops, restaurants, and the seafront nearby. It looked just like the photos, and I recommend it.

The Italian owners were kind and always available when we needed help. The location is just steps from the center of Corralejo, with everything close at hand, and the apartment was clean. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended!
