It’s an easy walk to town and the beaches, with bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes away. The apartment was nicely placed, with two balconies, secure entry and a staffed desk at night. Ours faced the main road, but the noise didn’t bother us. The lounge and kitchen were fine, though the plastic table wobbled, and the bedroom was bright and airy with a very comfortable bed. The pillows were very thin, and the blanket supplied for chilly February nights was too small to cover the bed. The apartment had WiFi, two TVs you can stream to, a fitted kitchen and dishwasher. The shower room looked modern, but the sink was cracked and the pencil-style shower head was hopeless. The hot water tank kept leaking into a pot that you’re apparently expected to empty. They could have mentioned this or repaired it. For the week, we got one thin bath towel, not a sheet, and one thin hand towel. A couple of spares would have been nice. It was a bit damp-smelling, so it helped to keep a window open. All in all, it was fine.
