Coral Villas La Quinta

The extra charges were the main annoyance: €5 to use a washing machine, another €5 for the dryer, and even €1 for the luggage scale. Still, we really enjoyed our stay at Coral La Quinta Apartments and would consider coming back. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with daily cleaning and a nicely sized terrace that had a partial ocean view. The residential area was quiet throughout, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and upbeat. The pool area was well kept, though the water felt cold in winter. The spa was fine, but fairly average compared with others we’ve visited. Internet was reliable, and while the TV wasn’t anything special, casting was handy.

The apartment has great amenities, and the location and view are both lovely. Staff were very nice and always available. They do mention it, but on a longer stay it would be good to have the room cleaned at least once every 3 to 4 days. The pool isn’t heated, so it’s pretty hard to get in during winter. Still, it’s a great apartment.

We went with the kids to the mini golf course that runs through the grounds, and they had a great time. Our bungalow was clean, quiet, and fully equipped. We stayed for six days at the end of April, when the hotel was hardly busy. With a market and restaurant close by, it was easy to choose between cooking and eating out.

EXCELLENT VALUE. We booked directly on the Coral WEBSITE. The pool was lovely, with plenty of room around it, and the balcony had a nice sea view. Inside, the apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, including a hob, microwave and toaster. The furniture is a little dated, and there’s no air conditioning or ceiling fans. I’d highly recommend it for a budget holiday.
