We were there in July and the lack of air conditioning wasn’t an issue. We were a couple with two children, and everything worked out fine. The hotel is central but quiet at night, recently renovated, clean, and well maintained. The staff member who helped us was very polite and friendly. We appreciated the luggage lift since our room was on the third floor. We’d recommend it.

I had to cut my stay short after getting a call from home: the upstairs neighbors had a burst pipe and my apartment was flooded. Four ceilings were soaked, two mattresses were ruined, and photo frames with pictures of my grandchildren were affected. It took 45 minutes for someone to arrive, and there was no one at reception to let me head home. They still charged me for both nights I’d booked. I sent photos of the damage and asked for a refund for the second night, but got nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Everything seems fine until there’s a problem.

A lovely little family-run place, recently renovated with great taste. Everything felt new, the beds were very comfortable, and there was an elevator. The woman who runs it was charming. We’d booked a single room for two, but since the upstairs room was free, she kindly gave us the quadruple duplex with a large terrace. It made for a truly luxurious stay. The location is hard to beat, right by the cathedral in the historic center on a pedestrian street, peaceful at night. Free public parking is five minutes away, and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended.

The rustic decor was just what we wanted, and the place felt cozy. It was quiet enough to sleep without hearing a thing. Very happy with it.
