Zero recommendation. Jordi, the manager, treated us terribly and showed no professionalism. He was disrespectful and scolded us on the phone because we wanted to bring our two little dogs. He asked, “But you have to come with dogs? No one can stay if you come only one night? Do you know what a hassle it is to clean the rooms afterwards?” We explained that they’re small and quiet and don’t cause problems, and that there’s a significant supplement for each dog, it isn’t free, Jordi. He replied that he didn’t believe they wouldn’t cause problems, that everyone says that, and that small dogs are the worst. The reservation had been discussed and arranged two months earlier, and my partner was about to make the transfer. After that last call, he called us the next day to cancel the booking, saying he’d rather we didn’t come with two dogs. The treatment was really disappointing. After that awful phone call, we wouldn’t have wanted to go there anyway, because we’d have felt disgusted.
