Torre Nova

We ran out of time before we could visit everything on our list, and that list kept growing as we found new places and markets. We'll definitely return. The local celebrations we discovered thanks to Jacqueline and Geert gave us a feel for Catalonia we wouldn't have found on our own. The area is beautiful, with picturesque villages, excellent local food, and lovely people. Geert calls it the Tuscany of Spain. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the renovation and interior design were done with real care. Jacqueline and Geert were nearby whenever we needed them, but never intrusive. They gave us a warm, personal welcome and really useful suggestions for things to do.

The view through the huge window was amazing, and our two young children quickly felt at home. They could play safely in the apartment, around the resort, and by the pool. Jacqueline & Geert welcomed us warmly and shared useful tips throughout our stay. We had a great time at Torre Nova Resort in June. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The resort offers a rare mix of authenticity, quiet, and privacy. We'd absolutely visit again.

We found Torre Nova worth spending several days at in its own right, with plenty to see and do nearby too. The old Marquess villa has been renovated beautifully, keeping historic details like the four-meter ceilings while adding every comfort you'd expect from a five-star place. Our room looked through a huge window toward the old castle and church, the village, and the surrounding countryside. The garden was lovely and well laid out, and the pool was spacious. Our daughters love swimming, but preferred hanging out in the beautiful room. We chose the place rather randomly in August while traveling from Bilbao to Catalunya, and it turned out to be a bull's-eye, a lovely place to catch our breath. Jacqueline and Geert looked after everything in a relaxed, friendly way, from advice and laundry to a chat. They also made a photo book about the intense restoration. Their careful local tips led us to traditional events, including human towers at the group's clubhouse, which was really fun. We also enjoyed little village moments, like coffee and sandwiches from the local bakery, whose owner is always happy to see hotel visitors. It's well worth the price, and we'll definitely return.

The owners were welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Torre Nova Resort. Our accommodation was bright, clean, and tidy, with a lovely view, a spacious bedroom and bathroom, free Wi-Fi and parking, and a nice pool. Excellent, in a word!
