Antonia was wonderfully helpful, sharing local maps and suggestions for hikes and restaurants, and patient with our bad Spanish. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and the room was excellent, with a balcony, private bathroom, and amazing Mountain views. It’s ideally located for hiking and visiting the national park. Breakfast was provided each morning, a beautiful and delicious spread. The common area and patio were pristine and had excellent views too. Check-in and check-out were easy, and we sorted things out on whatsapp before the trip.

Antonia, the manager, gave us helpful advice on local restaurants and how to reach the national park for hiking. She also made a big breakfast with everything you could imagine and packed up the leftovers for our hike. We loved relaxing in the garden and on the terrace, taking in the mountain views. The hotel is charming, clean, and quiet, with four bedrooms in a tiny, beautiful Village. We came for the hiking and would come back anytime. It’s a lovely base for the medieval churches and nature in this wonderful part of northeast Spain. The four-hour drive from Barcelona airport feels a million miles from my life in New York City.
