Dinner was a real highlight: the grilled pig's ear was exceptional, and the breaded calamari and braised tongue were delicious too. The bar and restaurant are lively in the evenings, with plenty of locals meeting friends for drinks, and the service there was good. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a small sitting area, a distinctive headboard, a very comfortable mattress, and air conditioning, which is essential in summer here. There was a terrace, though no furniture on it; with the heatwave, we wouldn't have wanted to sit outside anyway. The bathroom and shower were good, and the price felt fair for what we got. I'd highly recommend it.

The waiter was rude and unfriendly from the outset, and didn't act professionally. They also tried to charge me for a wine I hadn't ordered. I usually only write a review when I dislike somewhere; if I enjoy a place, I just go back. I won't be returning here, even if they offered me a drink.
