Apartamentos La Terraza

The apartment was in good condition and well located. The reception was awful, with poor service and very rude staff. I wouldn’t come back for that reason alone.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were really comfortable, and everything we needed was there. It was clean and in a good location, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We spent 15 days here and had a really good time. Our third-floor apartment had a terrace with a sea view and was spacious enough for two. Three people would be a tighter fit, but still manageable. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were generally good. It’s a little older, but clearly very well maintained. Cleaning across the complex was excellent, and the sheets and towels were changed every 7 days. Staff were pleasant, with someone at reception for most of the day to help if anything came up. The beach is two minutes away, the center is a short walk, and street parking was easy. Perfect location. We’d definitely return, and highly recommend it.

We loved the beach and town during our few days in Laredo, and the apartment on the terraces was very well located. The service from staff, though, left a lot to be desired. They were unfriendly, and even though there were three of us, we got just two sachets of shower gel and shampoo, supplied only once. Normally there should be at least one per person. It was expensive for the quality, so next time we’ll look somewhere else.
