The rooms are nice, and it's a quiet, attractive hotel with a lovely view and pool. It can get quite noisy when there are lots of guests, though. The service was disappointing. Without a car, getting into town is a real problem: it's at least 4-5 km on foot, with steep hills, and there isn't anywhere nearby to buy things. The hotel offers no ride into town or bikes to rent. You might be able to get a cab, but weekends can make that difficult. Breakfast was poor, mostly packaged ready-made items, with no vegetables or eggs and nothing you can order. After that, there's nothing available, not even drinks apart from water. We didn't feel particularly welcome. Maybe the price explains why they don't offer more.

We felt so welcome, and the staff were happy to help with anything. The property is beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a fantastic extra, set in gorgeous surroundings.
